Yarinovskaya O. Particularities of complex surgery treatment of patients with incisional ventral hernia combined with adhesions (experimental-clinical research)

The thesis is devoted development of tasks directed on the increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with incisional ventral hernia combined with adhesions by the use anti-adgezive gel basis on carboxymethilcellulose and repair of incisional hernia by the use the "sublay" method was modified by us. Anti-adgezive gel Intercoat comparative prophylactic efficacy was shown in the experimental conditions and their prophylactic were obtained. In clinical conditions the diagnostic value of ultrasonography and MRI of peritoneal cavity for determination of distance slide of viscera for an estimation of extension of adhesions and electing of surgical treatment was established. The efficiency of complex approach of surgical treatment of patiets with incisional ventral hernia combined with adhesions by the use the "sublay" allohernioplastic was modified by us and use anti-adgezive gel was defined. The effective method of complex surgical treatment of incisional hernia associated with adhesions was developed.
