Essay

The frequency and structure of infectious complications in patients with NHL was present. The authentic connection of freqency of infectious complications with the infections itself in anamnesis and chronic foci of inflammation, with lymphomas of high degree of malignancy, T-cell lymphomas, III-IV stages of disease, symptoms of intoxication, splenomegaly, hepatosplenomegaly and leukemisation process. There were found the increasing of CD16-cells, circulating immunecomplexes and IFN in blood serum. There were developed an innovative classification function and algorithm to predict the developmentof infectious complications.
