Teleshun K. Turkish Special Language of Trade: Ethnolinguistic and Linguopragmatic Characteristics.

The present dissertation is devoted to the research of the linguistic and extralinguistic peculiarities of the Turkish special language of trade. Research on the above-mentioned theme is carried out by studying the language situation in Turkey both in historical, and in synchronic aspects, definition of the role of loanwords in filling commercial terminology of Turkish language, research of specificity of word-formation, structural and grammatical peculiarities of derivation of terms in the modern Turkish language on the material of its commercial terminology. The Turkish trade specialized texts are studied from the point of view of term saturation and frequency, and the syntactic and morphological characteristics of the given text are investigated. Various methods are used in the research: analytical-descriptive (the research of the ways of the term creation in the structural aspect), statistic methods (quantitative research of the correlations between different facts) as well as a comparative and componential analysis (observation of the terminological units functioning in the texts of trade).
