Essay

It is discovered that expression level CD 95+ on less than 20% of peripheral blood lymphocytes, the level of apoptosis of lymphoid cell in peripheral blood up to 7%, the total interferone quantity in blood serum more than 20 IU/0,1 ml have the poor prognostic value. Three prognostic groups of Multiple myeloma patients are pointed out on the basis of the proposed prognostic factors: with favourable prognosis, middle prognosis, poor prognosis.
