Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease not planned pregnancy at women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways on the basis of studying of comparative aspects intrauterine and transdermale hormonal contraception, and also their influence on system changes of a homeostasis and microbiocenose of sexual ways. It is studied influences of various methods of contraception at women with a chronic pathology of a liver and biliary ways on the basic changes of a homeostasis: lipide and carbohydrate exchange, system hemostasis and immunity.
