Ivankiv O. Formation of the Quality Management System of Municipal Housing and Communal Services on the Basis of the Harmonization of Concerned Parties Interests

Object of study: the processes of formation the system of service quality management in enterprises of housing and communal services of Ukraine. Objective: developing theoretical and methodological positions and practical recommendations to establish an effective system of quality management services to enterprises of housing and communal services based on harmonizing the interests of stakeholders. Methods: historical, analysis, synthesis and comparison, statistical analysis, expert evaluations, economic and mathematical modeling. Novelty: improved the system of services quality management for enterprises of housing and communal services, the method of assessing the satisfaction of consumer needs, the method of determining the level of stakeholder satisfaction with the quality of service based on self-assessment of the existing quality management system. Scope: in the activity of enterprises of housing and communal services of cities Korosten and Lutsk, in the learning process of the Volyn National University named Lesya Ukrainka.
