Essay

The object of study - psoriasis, chronic lupus erythematosus, lichen planus, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis. The purpose of the study - to improve efficiency of differential diagnosis of psoriasis, chronic lupus erythematosus, lichen planus, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis on the basis of isolation and ordering characteristic signs of dermatoscopy dermatoses. Methods: clinical, instrumental (dermatoscopy), laboratory (biochemical, histological, immunohistochemical, morphometric), statistical. This thesis conducted a theoretical basis and practical solution to a new topical problems of modern dermatology - improving the efficiency and optimization of the differential diagnosis of chronic dermatoses: (psoriasis, lichen planus, eczema, lupus erythematosus, seborrheic dermatitis) through the application of modern non-invasive method: dermatoscopy. Diagnostic dermoscopic algorithm of inflammatory dermatoses is proposed. The study conducted clinical - dermatoscopic and histopathological-dermatoscopic comparisons what are allowed to develop a dermoscopic diagnostic algorithm of chronic dermatoses. The dermatoscopy of skin lesions in patients with chronic dermatoses showed the presence of three dermoscopics groups signs changes: at follicle and stratum corneum 152 (88.4%), melanocytic component 83 (48.3%), vascular component 172 (100%). The main feature was the dermoscopic group signs changes in vascular component which was most clearly characteristics at initial stages of a diseases process of and was specific for each of the studied chronic dermatoses. According to the results of qualitative and quantitative study of dermoscopic signs and dermoscopic components was proposed dermoscopic differential diagnosis algorithm for chronic dermatoses. The results are introduced in the clinical practice of public health facility "Regional Skin and Venereal Diseases Dispensary" (Donetsk), municipal health care institutions: municipal dermato-venerological dispensary (Mariupol), municipal skin-venerological dispensary (Kramatorsk). Use area - dermatovenerology.
