Dunayeva T. Description of Criminology, Determination and Prevention of Official Negligence

The thesis is devoted to complex criminological research of official negligence in Ukraine. Considerable attention was spared to description of criminology of official person, that accomplished official negligence, determination and prevention of official negligence. Investigated official negligence as social and legal phenomenon, the factors of official negligence, reason and condition of this type of crime, types of person of criminal, types of concrete vital situation, are analyzed. The complex of measures of prevention of official negligence and vectors are offered in relation to the improvement of legislation in the field of official activity and professional activity related to the grant of public services.
