The work is devoted to clinical and pathogenetic substantiation of rational approaches to improve the efficiency of medical treatment and prevention of hypertensive patients in combination with peptic ulcer duodenum. A comprehensive clinical, instrumental, laboratory studies (study of central hemodynamics, microcirculation and state microvasculature (SM), clinical and functional tests of vascular-platelet hemostasis level, biochemical, immunological, immunoenzymatical). The features of central hemodynamics and microcirculatory changes in the functional state of vascular platelet level of primary hemostasis, the antioxidant capacity of the blood, the nature of metabolism of nitric oxide formation conditions of metabolic syndrome of endogenous intoxication, the role of circulating immune complexes and cytokines. It is shown the relationship between the state and SM hemostasregulating endothelial function, indicators of lipid peroxidation, nitric oxide metabolites, defines the role of endogenous metabolic intoxication pattern of changes of circulating immune complexes and cytokines in the formation pro-/antiinflammation barns poor pathology. Pathogenetic feasibility of using in treating hypertensive patients, combined with peptic ulcer duodenum combination tivortynu aspartate and selenium active, and in medical rehabilitation - cytrarhinin in combination with selenium active.
