Sokolova N. Optimization of treatment and medical rehabilitation of the patients with steatohepatitis on background chronic obstructive lung disease dust etiology at ambulatory conditions

In dissertation complex clinical-laboratory and instrumental investigation of the 210 persons of male sex in age from 40 to 59 years, which work in the conditions of mine production, in wich was diagnosted nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), combined with chronic obstructive lung disease (COLD) dust etiology was analised. A basic group (118 patients) in the complex of treatment in ambulatory terms got combination of hepatoprotective preparation livolin forte and immunoactive preparation galavit, the group of comparison (92 patients) got the generally accepted facilities in averagetheraputic doses. During realization of medical rehabilitation 42 patients with the remaining NASH got alpha-lipon and bronhipret combination, 38 patients - generally accepted facilities of medical rehabilitation. Were analysed differences of clinical presentation, character and expressed of biochemical and immunological violations for patients with NASH, combined with COLD dust etiology at intensifying of inflammatory process in a liver. Expediency of using combination of hepatoprotective preparation is nosotropic reasonable livolin forte and immunoactive preparation galavit in treatment and alpha-lipon and bronhipret in the medical rehabilitation of patients with NASH, combined with COLD dust etiology, including in ambulatory terms. The decrease improvement of general of patients, proceeding in immunological and biochemical indexes, which shows up in achievement of proof and valuable remission of disease is marked.
