Object of research: process of accumulation and appropriation of his results in the modern institutes of property. Purpose of research: development of modern conception of accumulation in the institutes of property and mechanisms of her realization. Methods of research: method of scientific abstraction; historical method; method of analysis and synthesis; method of induction and deduction. Results: socio-economic maintenance of accumulation, his structural organization and meaningfulness of the institutional providing, is investigational, it is drawn conclusion in relation to quality of institutional environment for efficiency of accumulation; influence of institutional environment is set on the real sector of economy and his dynamics depending on the degree of transformation of economic institutes and change of their quality; modern conception of mechanism of accumulation is worked out in the institutes of property; basic directions of development of property institutes are set on the basis of research of experience of their reformation in a transformation economy; dialectics of accumulation and development of relations of property is educed; practical recommendations are worked out on the improvement of the institutional system for creation for the managing subjects of motivations to forming of effective patterns of ownership. Novelty: First: modern conception of mechanism of accumulation is worked out in the institutes of property. Improved: theoretical bases of research of relations of accumulation and property on the basis of methodology and tool of institutional theory; conception of determination of economic effect from upgrading of institutes in the real sector of economy.
