Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to research of scientific and methodical bases and drafting of practical recommendations as for forming of the efficient mechanism of stable development of agricultural land using under conditions of transition to market land using. Perspective model of enhancing of the efficiency of agricultural land using on the base of applying of the mechanism of constant development was proposed. It will substantially fasten positive tendencies in buildup of volume of production, employment of rural population and maintenance of environment.
