The thesis provides a new solution for actual scientific task - namely to improve the effectiveness of treatment of young children with vesico-ureteric reflux (VUR) based on the definition of new informative noninvasive markers of renal dysfunction, reflecting the intensity of tissue hypoxia, membranolysis, tubular and glomerular dysfunction hardening of the kidney parenchyma and selection of criteria of surgical and postoperative treatment tactics. The study involved 145 infants with VUR in patients treatment dynamics; with 46 of them - are children in the conventional dynamics, including surgical (15 children) therapy, 99 children in dynamics of general and additional metabolic therapy (including 35 children after surgical VUR correction). Control group - 40 somatically healthy children. The presence of dysfunction and renal parenchyma sclerosis in majority children with VUR was established, the intensity of which was in direct proportion to the degree of defects. The necessity of the appointment of metabolic therapy shows its effectiveness is expressed in the postoperative period compared with surgical treatment. Criteria for assessing treatment efficacy in renal parenchyma dysfunction VUR in infants were supplemented.
