Kravtsov O. Improvement of surgical treatment of deep burns in the joints (experimental - clinical research).

The work represents an experimental and clinical study and are devoted to improving the results of treatment of patients with deep burns in the joints through the use of early reconstructive-restorative surgery. In the experiment, 36 rats proved that in the case of only the local treatment of burns in the area of the joint by progressive necrobiotic apparition that lead to the destruction of bone and tissue forming the joint for 14 - 21 days. In case of fulfillment early reconstructive and restorative surgery of the fulfillment mandatory residual cavity in the area of joint damage at the same time there is almost complete recovery of joint function. Clinical studies tion includes the study of treatment of 114 patients with burns in the joints. Applying the proposed method of early surgical treatment, as part of the original treatment algorithm reduced the current number of complications of a local nature with 50.8 ± 6.4 in the comparison group to 13.2 ± 4.6 in the study group, the number of complications of a general nature 29.5 ± 5.83 in the comparison group to 5.6 ± 3.15 in the study group. Shorten treatment with 41.9 ± 2.9 days in the control group to 33.9 ± 2.5 in the study group, as well as reduce the disability of patients with 45.9 ± 6.3 in the comparison group to 15.0 ± 4.9 of the main group.
