The thesis is devoted to the study of the features of the epidemic process of hepatitis B, the impact of specific prevention on its intensity and evaluation of efficiency of vaccination against viral hepatitis B. The characteristics of the epidemic process of hepatitis B before vaccination period (1991 - 2000) and its introduction (2001 - 2010) are determined. Immunological and epidemiological efficiency of vaccination against viral hepatitis B is shown. The coefficient epidemiological effectiveness and index among children is calculated. The rates of changing in incidence of hepatitis B and C have a comparative analysis. The investigation of vaccinated medical staff and children against viral hepatitis B on anti-НВs is conducted. Duration of postvaccinal immunity is established. The investigation of patients of hemodialysis on the markers of hepatitis B and C is conducted. Influence of vaccination on the risk of contamination viral hepatitis B is shown.
