Modern terms of marketing activities of industrial enterprises are defined. The essence of the term "marketing politics of an enterprise" is analyzed and clarified. The feasibility of using reflexive management in forming of industrial enterprise marketing politics is proved. Functions of industrial enterprise marketing politics in the context of the reflexive approach use are analyzed. Causes of conflict between marketing interests of interested parties are analyzed. The influence of environment on the marketing politics of industrial enterprises is analyzed. Technologies of relationship management in the marketing activities of industrial enterprises are considered. Particularities of customer relationship management technology (CRM) in formation of the communication component of marketing politics of industrial enterprise are shown. The particularities of marketing politics information provision with the account of interested parties marketing interests are considered.
