The dissertation work contains analysis pathophysiological aspects of ultraviolet blood radiation application in complex treatment of patients with bacterial liver abscesses.The dissertation is devoted of homeostasis disturbance indices study, endotoxicosis, immunogram, peroxide lipid oxidation, haemodynamics indices, oxygen transport, acid-base balance in patients with liver abscess. The obtained results prove the high capacity of ultraviolet blood radiation to correct homeostasis disturbances characteristic for liver abscesses, complicated by sepsis and multiple organs disfunction and pathogenetic reasonability of ultraviolet blood radiation application for this pathology.
