Essay

The scientific work is devoted to decrease the frequency trombohemorrhagic complications in women undergoing hysterectomy performed on tumors of the uterus. The possibility and feasibility of using the method of low-frequency piezoelectric tromboelastography (LWPTE) for kinetic studies of diagnostic blood rheoiogy. First retraced kinetics of thrombosis formation in real time for 60 minutes, which revealed abnormalities in the hemostatic system in patients with benign and malignant tumors of the uterus. The comparison of methods low-frequency piezoelectric tromboelastography and thromboelastography in patients with tumors of the uterus, which became the basis for the further application of this method in research. A sample implementation of the two-time local hypoxia upper extremity, which first allowed back to assess the possibility of vascular-platelet, coagulation components of hemostasis and fibrinolysis in patients with tumors of the uterus. Developed differentiated thromboprophylaxis methods that have reduced the frequency trombohemorrhagic complications in gynecologic patients with tumors of the uterus on the stages of surgical treatment that is the lack of increase in the frequency of bleeding during and after hysterectomy (p>0.05) and authentic reduction of thromboembolic complications with 19,2% to 7.5% (p<0.05).
