Shcherbatyuk A. Explanation of Environmental Safety Measures of Water-Supply of Rural Residential Areas

The paper is dedicated to the explanation and development of systems and measures to ensure environmental safety of water-supply of rural residential areas. According to the results of the research and the peculiarities of the regional impact of environmental factors on contamination of fresh water rural settlement areas most common xenobiotics reasonably proposed elements and optimal management of ecological security of water supply in rural areas. The work ranks administrative and territorial formations by the degree of nitrate pollution of water of decentralized water sources. It proved and implemented regulations for environmental monitoring of xenobiotics, which are characterized by widespread distribution in the environment and require priority control, ensuring a productive assessment of water quality, objective reasons and magnitude of habitat pollution. In order to objectively assess and identify the key factors of formation of poor quality of water supply sources implemented method of environmental certification, characterized by taking into account abiotic and anthropogenic environmental factors. Using techniques allowed to identify the sources and mechanisms of contamination and make operational decisions to eliminate its effects.
