Essay

The thesis is devoted to optimize the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic stroke in VBB. It was identified clinical and pathogenetic features of ischemic stroke in VBB and criteria for prediction of its flow, offered informative predictive model for prognosis of its outcome, justify the inclusion in the complex treatment of patients ?-lipoic acid, reducing mortality from 11.4% to 5.7% and a decrease in length of hospital stay from 14,2 ± 3,4 to 12,8 ± 2,6 hospital days.
