Object of study: the dermal superficial burns in children; The purpose of the study - to improve outcomes for children with extensive superficial dermal burns in a stage of burn shock by the development of a new surgical approach on the prevention of general and local complications; Methods: clinical and biochemical, leukocyte chemiluminescence, laser flowmetry, mathematical calculations and statistical processing of data in the study group; Novelty - The positive effects of early surgical treatment of burn shock stage in children with extensive dermal burns on the further course of burn disease, the factors affecting the more prosperous its course and outcomes; Research into the state of the microvasculature of burn wound and intact skin in the dynamics by means of laser Doppler flowmetry is a positive effect of early surgical treatment using biological coatings on perfusion of the skin and for burn patients; Proved dependence of changes of biochemical parameters and immune status of the timing of the surgery; The features of wound healing in burned children in the surgical treatment with conditioned culture medium of fibroblasts in combination with ksenodermotransplantatami after dermabrasion wounds; Proved the positive effect of early surgical treatment of children with superficial dermal burns on the formation of scars. Determined that an dermabrasion and ksenoplastiki under burn shock reduces the incidence of hypertrophic scars and scar deformities. It is proved that performing, surgical intervention at the stage of burn shock with a one-stage total closure of burn wounds lyophilized xenografts in conjunction with the conditioned medium of cultivation allofibroblasts prevents the emergence of local and generalized complications by 5,4 times. In the future, improved functional and aesthetic outcomes in the 3, 75-fold, reducing the period of hospital treatment in the average 2-fold, full epithelialization of wounds is 2 times faster; It is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; Sphere - medical practice.
