Study object is postoperational enteroparesis in generalized peritonitis; Study purpose is to improve treatment results of patients in generalized peritonitis by correction of postoperational enteroparesis with usage of endolymphatic therapy methods; Methods: clinical and laboratory, instrumental, electrophysiological, statistic; Novelty - This is at the first time scientificcally grounded antegrade endolymphatic introduction of 0,5% Novocaine solution for neurovegetative blockade and the proposed variant of its unification with endolymphatic lymph stimulation in the complex treatment of postoperational enteroparesis in general peritonitis. The usage of stimulation mechanocolography for the efficacy ascertainment of endolymphatic treatment methods was proved and tested for the first time and it was developed a program of treatment measures for intestine motor function rehabilitation in general peritonitis with usage of direct antegrade lymphatic therapy; Results - A direct antegrade lymphatic therapy that consists of united application of endolymphatic neurovegetative blockade and endolymphatic lymph stimulation in the complex treatment of postoperational enteroparesis in general peritonitis ensures period reduction of intestine motor activity rehabilitation, quantity reduction of relaparotomies and lethality case decrease; It is inculcated - in medical practice, in an educational process; Sphere - medical practice.
