Object - the process of transforming information in ionospheric research of incoherent scattering method. Aim - the theoretical basis and creation of signal models for testing and improving the program-algorithmic support for monitoring equipment incoherent scatter radars, as well as the creation of computer programs and the development of technical guidelines for the implementation of these signals.
