Bezpyata V. Judicial protection of labour law

The dissertation is devoted to studying peculiarities and prospects for development of the judicial protection of labour law. The social relations in the field of the judicial protection of labour law were considered. The peculiarities of the procedural order of judicial examination and solution for cases concerning labour lawsuits protection, judicial practice in examination of such lawsuits and analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries relating to the above mentioned issues were emphasized. Both the theoretical and first and foremost the practical value of the classification of labour lawsuits especially for determination of their jurisdiction were proved.
