Essay

Work is devoted to the solution of an important scientific applied problem of improvement of organizational and technological solutions of modernization of a thermal insulation of roofs of existing civil buildings. For the solution of this important task researches of architectural design features of roofs of existing civil buildings and their heat-shielding properties were carried out. The analysis of conditions of works in the conditions of existing building was carried out. It allowed to reveal so-called destabilizing factors which negatively influence efficiency of works on modernization of a thermal insulation of roofs. The analysis of existing ways of the device of a thermal insulation of roofs of existing buildings allowed to reveal the most effective ways of works and to define sites of improvement of separate options of works. Results of researches became a basis for development of a technique of definition of the nomenclature of destabilizing factors and their quantitative measure of influence on efficiency of works. The technique of forecasting of technical and economic indicators of works on modernization of a thermal insulation of roofs of existing civil buildings by means of mathematical models is offered. The received techniques allow to carry out more effectively design of organizational and technological and constructive solutions of works at a stage of development of projects of the organization of construction and projects of works on modernization of a thermal insulation of roofs of existing buildings. Taking into account the revealed nomenclature of destabilizing factors, the separate organizational and technological decisions reducing their negative impact and respectively increasing efficiency of works were developed. Results of scientific researches were approved, shined in technical literature and introduced in practical activities at design and works on the device of a thermal insulation of roofs of existing civil buildings.
