In dissertation the process of comprehension of concept of absolute law is examined in Ukrainian philosophy, research by his spiritual cultural workers from the Princely epoch to beginning of ХХ century the Ukrainian thinkers exercised right in the reflections, and also European jusnaturalistic tradition, christian spiritual values customs, that defined interpretation of absolute law as universal principle of equality and freedom, association of right and moral on the basis of confession of reason as founding of supremacy of right.
