Scientific work is devoted forecasting effectiveness increase perinatal pathology at women of groups of high risk on the basis of improvement of methods of diagnostics of a pathology of development born eggs in the first trimester of pregnancy and use of rational algorithm prenatal monitoring of pregnant women. The method of an estimation of development and a parity of cavities плодного eggs on the basis spended dynamic ehografical researches in the first trimester of pregnancy is developed. Indicators of a parity of cavities born eggs are defined, allowing to assume presence pathologists at an embryo, and also these indicators are compared with results of a current and a pregnancy outcome. Are established ehografical criteria of infringement of development of cavities born eggs, allowing to solve a question on inexpediency of preservation of pregnancy.
