Mihaylichenko T. Criminal liability for violation of the responsibilities of custody property (analysis corpus delicti and problems of qualification)

The work is dedicated to the complex research of criminal liability for violation of the responsibilities of custody property (article 197 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Great attention was devoted to the criminal legal analysis of the structure of corpus delicti and its elements (object and the objective side, the subjective side and the subject). Besides, it was considered the historical, legal and criminological group of factors that combine to prove the existence of social conditioning investigated the crime. Also it was analyzed problem issues of qualification, in consequence of which are grounds for separation from the offenses related to it. The author also suggested the new name and the wording of Article 197 of the Criminal Code.
