Essay

In the thesis the issues of the day of punishments are considered for minor persons. The concept of punishment is studied and offer concept of punishment of minor persons. An aim and types of punishments that can be appointed to the persons in age 18 from 14 to be investigational. Certainly and objective and subjective factors that cause problems at setting of kinds and sizes of punishments courts minor are analyzed. Judicial practice of awarding punishment is generalized to the persons that in the moment of pronouncement of sentence did not attain 18.
