The work is dedicated to the development of kinetic and spectrophotometric method for the quantitative determination of impurities of iron and copper salts in pharmaceutical substances and medicinal products without carrying out their mineralization using substances as indicators. The condition are proposed and methods are developed; it is shown the possibility of quantitative determination of impurities of iron and copper salts in the pharmaceutical substances and medicinal preparations of phenothiazine derivatives (iron), fatty oils (iron, after preliminary mineralization), ascorbic acid (copper), N-acetylcysteine (copper), glycine (copper), epinephrine hydrochloride and hydrotartrate (copper), as well as semi–quantitative determination of iron sults impurities in the investigated substance of phenothiazine derivatives (test determination) without preliminary mineralization by the kinetic method.
