Lork A. Organizational and technological mechanism inintegrated construction management systemin the Middle East

The thesis is devoted to the development of solutions which the institutional and investment mechanism integrated construction industry in the Middle East, and determine the scientific and methodological basis of its design and operation, taking into account the information factor. The study received major scientific result - the concept of system of integrated construction management. (SICM). Developed organizational and technological model SICM at various levels of government (international, national, industrial, executive) and formats (general, structural, information, investment, production). The role and place of information technology in this model, clarified priorities for development of the system at every level, the structure of the system and the relationship between its elements. Identified the parameters that affect the development of SICM, set relevant criteria, their limitations and boundaries of application, investigated the relationship between the criteria and develop a target model of efficiency SICM The complex to realize the objectives of the thesis. The variants of institutional control on separate levels of the system are classified prices of construction products in the Middle East, The mechanism for pricing and price regulation, discussed some issues of structural and logistical and information management in SICM etc. Assessed the reliability and feasibility of implementing the results of the study. The main conclusions are that the results are reliable and feasible to implement. Designed to implement the main recommendations of the study results in the practice of construction. Presented in the paper the concept is systemic and takes account of past and current experience of science and practice. Key findings incorporated in the construction organizations of Iran.
