Dovbenko O. Endovideoendoscopic transpapilaric diagnosis and correction of the post-operative external biliary fistulas

The dissertation was aimed to improve the results of the patients treatment with post-operative external biliary fistulas (POEBF) by optimization of existing diagnostic and treatment endotranspapillary interventions and development of the new ones. There were elaborated the methods of the intraoperational treatment of choledocholythiasis with the use of the device for lithotripsy and surgical treatment of biliary stones complicated with choledocholythiasis as well as the method of intraoperational ballon dilatation of the sphincter. There were developed new instruments, used endoscopic methods were improved. The analysis of the failed surgery causes and complications allowed to increase the capacities of the endoscopic transpapillar interventions during correction of POEBF.
