The thesis presents the theoretical basis and new solution actual problem of modern obstetrics - reduce the frequency of bleeding in the postpartum period in women with pregnancy miscarrige in history. The interrelations of contractile activity of the uterus and the amount of blood loss. For patients with a history of pregnancy miscarrige characterized by the reduction of contractile activity of the uterus. The maximum amplitude of uterine contractions in the early postpartum period is 2.2 times lower than in controls, while the duration of postpartum uterine contractions in patients with uncomplicated obstetric and gynecological history is longer by 1.2 times, and the value of the interval between contractions in women with pregnancy miscarrige - 3.4 times longer, resulting in longer duration and less effective uterine cycle that can be triggers bleeding in the early postpartum period.
