Khadhri S. The complex treatment of patients with alopecia areata by influence on immunologic and metabolic mechanisms of disease

Object of study - alopecia areata. The purpose of research - improving the effectiveness of treatment of patients with alopecia areata by influencing the immunological and metabolic mechanisms of disease by studying the role of pro-, anti-inflammatory, cell-cell regulatory factors and functional relationships of cerebral hemodynamics. Research methods: general clinical laboratory, psychological, enzyme immunoassay, radioimmune, instrumental, statistics. The dissertation is devoted to actual problems such as improving the efficiency of treatment of patients with alopecia areata by influence on immunologic and metabolic mechanisms of disease which based on establishing the role of proinflammatory, anti-inflammatory, regulatory factors of intercellular relations and cerebral hemodynamics. The method provides in less time to stop the progression of the process, the emergence of growth lanugo hair, reducing the degree of physiological condition or their disappearance, and restoration to reference values of indicators of investigated regulatory factors of intercellular relations. Results have been implemented in the practice of Zaporizhzhya, Poltava Region and Donetsk City clinical dermato-venerological dispensaries, Dnipropetrovsk city clinical hospital № 17 and in the pedagogical process of departments: Professional Diseases and Radiation Medicine of Donetsk National Medical University named by Gorky, dermatovenerology of Dnipropetrovsk State Medical Academy.
