Essay

The thesis is devoted to the improvement of early diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases in children based on body beta- adrenoreactivity. The appropriateness of annual preventive ECG students has been justified, especially at the time of the sports activities. The need for an in-depth cardiological examination of children with the violation of ventricular repolarization was recognized. The standards of final ventricular complex in healthy children 10-17 years have been developed. It is proved that body hyperadrenoreactivity contributes to cardiomyopathy with metabolic disorders, as manifested by ECG disturbances repolarization processes in the form of flattening and spreading of the T wave, depression or ST-segment elevation in relation to the contours, lengthening the interval QT. Decrease in contractile function of the left ventricle has not been detected in children with cardiomyopathy with metabolic disorders, but left ventricular diastolic dysfunction (restrictive and pseudonormal types) was found, which may be an early marker of heart failure among these children. An algorithm for predicting adaptation to reduce physical exertion and development of diastolic dysfunction in children with cardiomyopathy with metabolic disorders has been developed. The software based on this algorithm has been created, which will promptly identify children at risk for the development of cardiac pathology.
