Essay

The work is devoted to clinico-pathogenetic substantiation of rational approaches to the increase of effectiveness of treatment and early rehabilitation of patients with chronic bronchitis in aggregate with peptic duodenal ulcer. Complex clinical, instrumental, laboratory research (research of airway conductance, pulmonary and systemic hemodynamics, microcirculation and microvasculature, biochemical, immunological and immunoenzymometric research) has been conducted. The character and change peculiarities of functional rates of bronchopulmonary system , microgemocirculation and microvasculature, metabolic and immunological changes have been found and detected. The interaction between the rates of airway conductance, microgemodynamics, lipid peroxidation homeostasis, metabolism of endogenous NO, proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines (TNF?, IL-1?, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6) has been determined. The reasonability of the use of complex immunotropic drugs derinat and antioxidant drug triovit when treating patients with chronic bronchitis in aggregate with peptic duodenal ulcer, and in medical rehabilitation the use of immunoactive drug nukleinat in combination with triovit have been pathogenetically grounded. The effectiveness concerning the correction of microgemocirculatory, metabolic and immunological abnormalities and the recovery of functional state of examined homeostatic systems has been shown.
