Thoretic of Improving Mechanisms in Government of Сontrol and Рricing Рrocess. Justification of the theoretical principles of improving the mechanisms to control prices and pricing in the context of the modern approaches to development and implementation of national pricing policy of Ukraine. Analyze the conditions to increase the role of national price policies in modern terms, its implementation in the regions of Ukraine, to determine the specificity of modern pricing policy, to make classification purposes and ordering in a hierarchical management scheme of price regulation, to develop conceptual basis of the estimation method of price fluctuations in the market of socially important goods, set parameters, the process of selecting the methodology and principles of price forecasting identify constraints, opportunities and prospects for application of the technique in practice institutions to control prices and pricing. Methods of study are: a process, system, institutional and quantitative approaches, and common methods of scientific knowledge - comparative analysis and analysis of historical data, the method of abstraction, methods of economic-mathematical modeling, graphical methods, techniques and contextual retrospective analysis. Conceptual approaches to the formation of the estimation method of price fluctuations in the market of socially important goods as the basis for the implementation of socio-weighted price policy. The classification tree and goals of national price policies on the basis of which the algorithm choose an optimal mode of compensation inflationary impact on the taxes. The results introduced in the Chief of Agricultural Development of the Odessa Regional State Administration, Odessa Regional Branch of the Association of Cities and Communities of Ukraine, the State Inspection for Price Control of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
