The dissertation is devoted to the study of the economic and legal aspects of economic entities on the market of meat and dairy products. The author investigates the features of the legal content of this market, its structure and functions in modern conditions of national economy development, gives author's definition of the concept of market of meat and dairy products. The current state of the legislation in this area, the legal status of market participants, their classification are described and some suggestions on solving the problems of their status are formulated. The legal essence of market objects and their classification are studied. The main directions and methods of state regulation of market of meat and dairy products, the problems of their applications are considered. Suggestions on improvement of certain dispositions of economic legislation are proposed. The author makes the analysis of the legal framework of the EU regulation of market of meat and dairy products, puts forward a number of suggestions on adaptation of domestic legislation to the appropriate regulatory legislation of the EU. The study focuses on problems of legal regulation of domestic producers on the market of meat and dairy products in circumstances of Ukraine's participation in the WTO; the measures that should be actively used to support domestic producers of meat and dairy products in these conditions are substantiated.
