Essay

Object: The object of the exploring is processes of activity machine-building enterprises in conditions of conflicts. The aim of the dissertation work is deepening theoretical and developing practical recommendations for improving the socio-economic mechanism of prevention and minimization the negative effects of conflicts in enterprises of machine industry. The author has used techniques of structural and genetic development, comparative analysis and synthesis, improvement and expansion of classifications, structural and factorial, economical and mathematical modeling, method of empiric research and analysis on the basis of developed experimental and playing, graphically-mathematical questionnaires. On the basis of theoretical generalization and scientific justification, the dissertation presents the main scientific results which will contribute to solving important applied problems, such as preventing and minimizing the negative effects of conflict in the business activity of machine-building enterprises. Scientific novelty of the obtained results consist in the deepening and developing theoretical and methodological approaches of preventing and minimizing the negative effects of conflicts in enterprises of the machine-building industry and rising the potency of conflict situations. The article of the exploring is theoretical and practical aspects of the valuation of conflicts in enterprises. Recommendations of the author employed for improving the socio-economic mechanism of prevention and minimization the negative effects of conflicts in the enterprise. The sphere of using author’s recommendations are industrial enterprises.
