Essay

The object of research is multienzyme composition MEC-BCU-5, the pigs of big white breed of different ages. The aim of research. The aim of this work was the research of productivity, meat quality and the state of digesting organs of pigs fed by enzyme preparation MEC-BCU-5. The methods of research: zootechnical, chemical, morphological, physiological, statistical and analytical. The scientific novelty: the stimulating influence of new multienzyme composition MEC-BCU-5 on pigs' productivity while growing and feeding has been experimentally proved for the first time. Namely, feeding 0,3 - 0,5 g of preparation per head the suckling pigs, growing pigs and feeding pigs daily increases the average daily growth for 15,9-21,25 per cents, it has the positive influence on the meat and fat indicators as well as on hematological indicators. It doesn't have any negative influence on morphological indicators of stomach and intestines, it also rises the digestibility of fiber by 14,75 per cents, fat by 1,97 per cents, protein by 8,4 per cents, the nitrogen usage by 10.45 per cents. The level of inculcation: the methodological recommendations for usage of multienzyme composition MEC-BCU-5 have been conducted for different farms using the research data. The means of pigs productivity increasing has got for patents on useful model such as 65378 "The means of suckling pigs productivity increasing" (2011.01); 65381 "The means of weaned pigs productivity increasing", 65379 "The means of growing young pigs productivity increasing" (2011.01) 65380 (2011.01) " The means of feeding young pigs productivity increasing". The field of usage is feeding animals.
