Lyubchenko M. Legal terminology: concept, features, kinds.

In the thesis a legal language as an integral part of legal system has been researched. The research is dedicated to problems of essence, peculiarities and meaning of legal terminology, examined are its kinds. Complex analysis of nature of legal terms has been conducted, their place in the network of legal system has been determined. At the same time, such theoretic legal categories as law-making, rulemaking and creation of regulatory acts are analyzed. On the basis of analysis of types of legal terms author's definition of "legal terminology" concept is formulated, examined are its kinds and constituents, among which are: terms of law regulatory acts and terms of judicial science. Examining the status of judicial system of terms, which is being emerged now in Ukraine, the author drew attention to the role and place of definitions in texts of legal acts and ambiguity of this question on regulatory level. Openness of language system has been substantiated, that gave the opportunity to recognize processes of borrowing and internationalization as positive phenomenon.
