Essay

The work is devoted to experimental and theoretical investigation of electron structure and quasi-equilibrium processes of dye molecules relaxation from the highly excited states. That is shown in the frame of the problem solved that the relaxation of dye molecules from the highly excited state is a quasi-equilibrium process and the molecule can live in a purely electronic states during several oscillations. It allows a possibility photochemical processes as well as processes of electron transfer between dye molecule and matrix directly of intermediate state. It has been resolved an important scientific task - "the energy structure and the physics of relaxation processes in highly excited states of dye molecules."
