The thesis deals with theoretical positions and practical recommendations for using of competetive approach in the management of knowledge of workers of enterprises. It is shown that in the conditions of economy of knowledge of competense of workers are the key strategic asset of enterprise. Expediency of the following competetive approach during realization of management of knowledge of workers of domestic enterprises is reasonable. Essence of knowledge as the socio-economic category is certain. The integral approach for interpretation of concept "competense" is offered. The model of management of knowledge of workers of enterprise in accordance with competetive approach is formed. Conception of management of knowledge of workers of enterprise on the basis of competetive approach is worked out. Classification of knowledge of enterprise is offered on a criterion "competence". The tool of management of knowledge of workers of enterprise on the basis of competetive approach is worked out. The approach to the evaluation of strategic competenses workers of enterprise offered. The system of management of knowledge of workers of enterprise, based on competenses, is worked out.
