Shulga O. Market transformation of the agricultural sector of Ukraine.

The dissertation deals with the theoretical and practical aspects of market transformation of the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The author explores the market transformation of the agricultural sector in Ukraine based on a conceptual separation approach and input into scientific use concept "transformational potential of the agricultural sector". Conducted an evaluation of the history of the ownership of land according to the formational analysis to the periodization of the history of human society in the context of learning conditions and causes major land reforms in Ukraine's history. It was found the reasons decline in agricultural production at every stage of modern land reform. Proposed the mechanism for implementation and operation in Ukraine civilized market of agricultural land in the active participation of farmers and state. Defined the prospects of economic structures in Ukraine. Conducted the analysis of the logistics of agricultural producers and was proposed directions of development of the domestic market for agricultural machinery. Defined the reasons and proposed measures to mitigate disparity in prices between the first and the second fields of agriculture. Justified the ways to improve the effectiveness of state regulation of the agricultural sector in Ukraine.
