Scientific work is devoted decrease in rates involution of reproductive system at women with genital endometriosis on the basis of studying anamnestical, clinical and laboratory changes, and also working out algorithm of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. The role of genital endometriosis in genesise premature involution of reproductive system at women is studied. Comparative aspects of influence of various methods of treatment genital endometriosis on dynamics involution of reproductive system of patients are studied. Are studied comparative aspects frequencies and structures the basic anamnestical given and clinical symptoms at patients with genital endometriosis to and in dynamics of various methods of treatment. Necessity studying of major factors риска, and also dynamic studying of functional and laboratory indicators is shown at various methods of conservative therapy and various volume of operative intervention.
