Scientific work is devoted increase of efficiency of diagnostics and decrease frequencies of postoperative complications at a combination of inflammatory processes of reproductive system and an appendix on the basis of working out and introduction of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Features genesise pathologies of bodies of reproductive system in a combination to a sharp appendicitis are studied. The interrelation between clinical, ehografical, microbiological that laboratory changes at patients with inflammatory defeat of genitals in a combination to various forms of a sharp appendicitis is established. It has allowed to expand existing data about patogenesise infringements of reproductive health of women and postoperative complications.
