Scientific work is devoted decrease in frequency of the complicated forms of an endometriosis at women with inflammatory processes genitals on the basis of studying clinical-ehografical, endocrinological and microbiological features, and also improvement and introduction of algorithm diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions. Features genesise of combinations genital endometriosis and inflammatory diseases of bodies of reproductive system on the basis of the established interrelation between clinical, ehografical, microbiological, endicrinological and endoscopical changes at patients with the given pathology are studied. The cores clinical-microbiological, ehografical and endoscopical features genital endometriosis in a combination to inflammatory diseases of genitals in dynamics of diagnostics and carrying out of treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions are established. It has allowed to expand data about patogenesise infringements of reproductive health of women, the reasons of the complicated forms genital endometriosis and recidive inflammatory processes, and also scientifically to prove necessity of working out of advanced algorithm of diagnostic, treatment-and-prophylactic and rehabilitation actions.
