Scientific work is devoted frequency decrease of perinatal pathology at women with abnormal placentation on the basis of studying clinical, ehografical, endocrinological, microbiological and morphological researches, and also working out and introductions of advanced algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. New aspects of patogenesise of перинатальной pathologies are established at abnormal placentation on the basis of the studied interrelations between clinical, ehografical, microbiological and morphological changes taking into account a variant of an arrangement and placenta migration. Positions about the importance of a variant of migration of a placenta in development of placentary dysfunction are scientifically proved at abnormal placentation. The haemodynamic and morphological characteristic of changes in fetoplacental complex at a pathological current of pregnancy, premature delivery and development perinatal presented endocrinological, to a pathology at different variants of migration of a placenta and abnormal плацентации. The received results have allowed to prove scientifically necessity of improvement of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions at an abnormal arrangement of a placenta.
