The object is processes of the structure transformation and energy spectra of charge carriers in AII3BV2 semiconductors; the aim is the application of symmetry methods to the study of structural transformations of crystals and their influenceon the structure transformation of the energy bands and some properties of charge carriers of materials AII3BV2; the methods are the methods of theories of solid and quantum mechanics, elements of linear algebra and theory of matrices, numerical calculations; the result is the study of specific connections between zone parameters and features of crystalline structure of AII3BV2; the scope is semiconductor electronics.
