The dissertation paper investigates fundamental problems of the civil procedure regulation of cassation proceeding in the civil procedure in Ukraine on the basis of civil procedure norms, legal doctrine, and the practice of cassation proceeding in the civil procedure in Ukraine. It also analyses the regularity of the formation history of the institution of cassation in the civil procedure in Ukraine as an object of scientific research and also as an object of legal regulation. Besides, it reveals the nature, the concept, the issue and the meaning of cassation proceeding in the civil procedure in Ukraine.
